The booklet “Teaching Methods and Teachers' Attitudes toward Instruction,” compiled by the Department of the Navy, was originally designed for instructors training soldiers in charge of radio communications at Hofu Navy Communication School. The booklet was distributed to relevant agencies in 1944 toward the end of World War II. The contents of the booklet are quite practical and relevant to modern technical education.
